1、 Product Introduction:
RCB stainless steel insulation pump has clear regulations for the medium and field it transports: temperature of 350 ℃, viscosity not exceeding 40mm2/s, asphalt, paraffin and other materials that do not contain solid particles and have solidification properties at room temperature, as well as outdoor installation and process insulation requirements in high-altitude areas. This pump system can supply heat transfer oil, hot water, steam, etc. to heat and insulate the conveying medium.
2、 Structural features:

This pump is suitable for outdoor installation in cold and high-altitude areas where solidification occurs at room temperature and insulation is required during the process. Steam, hot water, and other media such as thermal oil can be used to heat, insulate, and cool the transported liquid and pump. If the viscosity of the conveying medium is greater than 1500CST, a reducer should be used.
Transmission method: Generally, the pump and motor are directly connected for transmission. Mechanical seal and packing seal are two design forms of pump shaft end seal, which can be determined by users according to specific usage and their own usage situation.
